• All payments must be in pounds sterling.
• Payment for the BSAVA Alba event must be confirmed at the time of booking; we will not be able to guarantee you a place unless payment (where appropriate) has been made.
• Where a fee for registration is required, this may be paid by credit/debit card. Payment by Invoice may be selected only if a Purchase Order has been supplied and payment should be made in full by credit/debit card or BACS within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Payment by Invoice is only available until 1 September 2026. Full payment for all bookings must be received before the start of the event.
• The BSAVA reserves the right to refuse access for incorrect payment of registration fees.

CANCELLATION BY THE ATTENDEE

• All cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing.
• Cancellations of BSAVA Alba registrations for 2026 made on or before 14 June 2026 will receive a full refund minus a (£15 administration fee).
• Cancellations made between 15 June 2026 and 30 August 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
• Any cancellations received on or after 31 August 2026 will not receive a refund.
• Name replacements can be made at any time before the start of the event.
• Two-Day Passes cannot be split between attendees.
• Cancellations of booked practicals made prior to the event will be fully refunded, however no shows will not receive any refund.
• Cancellations may be processed following the live event.

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT BY US

• We aim to provide the event as described but we reserve the right to cancel/amend the event as required and where possible, we shall provide you with reasonable notice, however it is ultimately your responsibility to ascertain if the event has been cancelled/amended.
• Whilst the programme is correct at the time of publishing, the BSAVA reserves the right to change details of the event without notice. All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as publicised, however, alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In the case that we must cancel the event/part of, we will offer full (or partial if an alternative is available and agreed) refund. Please allow 90 days for your refund to be processed. We will not otherwise be liable to you for any expenses, losses or costs that you incur in relation to the event.

• All of our BSAVA Members are entitled to our lowest discounted rates advertised throughout the Early-Bird and Standard rate periods
• Non-veterinary professionals, industry suppliers and non-members are not eligible for Member-exclusive discounts and must refer to the Non-Member ticket pricing when booking in the Early-Bird or Standard rate periods.
• Discount codes may be issued to those who join the BSAVA Alba Register Your Interest mailing list ahead of the event launch.
• Practices sending three or more members of staff to the event are also eligible for exclusive group discounts, and should contact the Events Team to discuss events@bsava.com

• Practices sending three or more members of their team to BSAVA Alba, are eligible for 20% off the advertised ticket rate.
• The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
• The 20% discount is applied to the ticket price only, and does not include add-on practical workshops and/or social events.
• The group discount code can be applied to all Member and Non-Member ticket options, within the Early-Bird and Standard rate periods.
• The group discount can be applied to each individual when registering via the online booking journey. It is not possible to book multiple tickets in one transaction via the online booking journey.
