Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the veterinary sector both as a practicing small animal vet and as a leader and practice owner.
He is an international speaker, trainer, facilitator and mentor focusing on enhancing leadership, team building, strategic thinking and culture through his consultancy, Andy Green Consulting.

Andy also works with Vet Dynamics as a mentor and practice development consultant, and is a Director of Pennard Vets, an award-winning Employee-Owned small animal practice, where he is currently Chair of their Employee Ownership Trust Board.
