Olivia Anderson-Nathan (she/her) is a Director of Affinity Futures and is passionate about working with diverse, effective and pragmatic teams. As well as consultancy EDI work, Liv has worked in a variety of clinical, communication and lecturer roles since qualifying as a vet in 2016. Growing up at the intersection of multiple marginalised communities, she has been working to educate the veterinary profession on how to recognise discrimination, improve diversity and inclusion, and move forward with accessibility. As a Director of British Chronic Illness Support, she also champions inclusion for disabled students and colleagues, engaging with organisations in veterinary and animal health spaces to make change happen.
