Emergency diagnostics and how to interpret them. Most emergency presentation benefit from some form of diagnostic work-up. What are those? How in-depth does this need to be? In this session we will look at different ways on how certain diagnostic procedures, e.g. physical examination, blood tests, ultrasound, etc. can be helpful in different emergency situations. We will discuss which tests are helpful, under which circumstances to use them and why even “normal” results can be alarming!
